This is one of our family’s favorites! It is quick and easy, and we almost always have the ingredients on hand. It’s pretty healthy too, and most importantly, my kids love it!

Sweet & Sour Chicken

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. chicken breast
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 c. pineapple
  • 12 oz. sweet & sour sauce
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Jasmine rice, cooked, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Chop chicken breasts, bell peppers & pineapple into bite size pieces.
  • Add non stick cooking spray to your pan & heat to medium high. Add chicken & bell peppers to pan and cook for about 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add pineapple and cook until it is warmed.
  • Add the jar of sweet & sour sauce and mix together. Turn heat down to medium low & let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Add sesame seeds then serve over jasmine rice!
